Had an horrible experience at Y & O, Commercial Street run by Fashion Designer Sagar Jaiswal. I bought a Sherwani with matching shoes (Jootis) from them, in the month of january, for my marriage. Though the Sherwani came good, they made a mess with the shoes. Instead of size 16 they made size 19 (depsite taking the shoe size on paper), and then Mr Jaiswal insisted that it has been customized for me. Customized!!! MY FOOT (slang goes well here).......how can a "Fashion Designer" call a shoe that is about an inch bigger than a foot, a customized solution. As per him the cobbler, who made the shoes isn't literate enough as me and him, hence this kind of customization does happen. Unfortunately I was completely in trap, as I already made a advance of 10K so can't back out of deal. Moreover, I was flying to my native place that day, so didn't had much time either. Though I was ready to pospone my flight by two days, but Mr Jaiswal refused to make another one for correct size. I had no choice but to live with that.
In short, I never expected such an unprofessional attitude and deal from such a shop.
